The rules that apply when you order equipment from LandForge.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraud; in that case you are refunded in full.
Pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. Taxes and any freight charges are shown at checkout before payment. Compare-at prices refer to typical retail pricing for comparable machines.
Billing
Equipment purchases are one-time charges. This store does not add any automatic recurring charge to an equipment order. If a recurring service plan is ever offered, its price and billing interval will be shown and confirmed before you are charged.
Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery is governed by our shipping policy; returns, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by our refunds and returns policy. Both form part of these terms.
Safe use
This is powered machinery. You are responsible for reading the manual, using the required protective equipment, following all local regulations, and ensuring operators are trained and competent. LandForge is not liable for injury, property damage, or loss arising from misuse, unauthorised modification, or neglected maintenance.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
