Refunds and returns

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can issue a return authorisation and freight instructions — unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

Condition

• The machine must be unused or lightly tested, undamaged, and complete with all parts and manuals.
• Original crating and packaging are strongly preferred; heavy equipment cannot travel safely without it.

Return freight

If the return is due to our error, a defect, or transit damage, we cover return freight. For change-of-mind returns the customer pays return freight and any outbound freight we absorbed on a free-shipping order.

Refunds

Once the machine arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

Warranty claims

Every machine includes a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Send us your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or video; we will arrange replacement parts or a replacement machine. The warranty does not cover wear items, misuse, unauthorised modification, or neglected maintenance.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at no cost before dispatch. After the crate leaves our warehouse the order falls under the return policy above.
