Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking or a freight reference by email once your machine leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times

• Contiguous United States: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• Remote or rural addresses may add a few days for the final freight leg.
• We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Freight cost

Freight is free on orders over $500 in the contiguous United States. Orders below that threshold show the exact shipping cost at checkout before payment.

Curbside freight delivery

Machines ship crated on a pallet by LTL freight. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window. Delivery is curbside; please arrange help or equipment to move the crate on site.

Inspect before signing

Inspect the crate before signing the delivery receipt. If you see damage, note it on the receipt and photograph it. Contact us within 48 hours with the photos and we will handle the freight claim for you.

Wrong or undeliverable addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. Redelivery or address-correction fees charged by the carrier are passed on at cost.
